All orders placed with Everlong Research Ltd. are final and non-refundable. Due to the nature of our research compounds, we cannot accept returns or issue refunds once an order has been processed.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect order, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at: hello@everlongresearch.ca

We may request photographic evidence of the damage or error. At our discretion, we may offer a replacement or store credit for verified issues.

3. Lost Packages
